Explore the main behavioral and cognitive patterns that contribute to the eating disorder and related issues (i.e. exercise addiction, body image issues)
Identify triggers and how eating disorder behaviors show up in daily life, including frequency and severity
Discuss how the eating disorder disrupts day-to-day functions, such as social gatherings, grocery shopping, cooking, and exercise

Create tangible, motivating goals that address current challenges
Explore the question: “What would a day in my life as a recovered person look like?”
Decide on a meeting cadence and format that aligns with your availability, needs, and wants

Complete assignments and exercises given during and/or after sessions
Discover new coping mechanisms to regulate thoughts and emotions
